Dear Bob,

 As our painting project is coming to an end, we thought we would take this time to drop you a note about our impressions. We are just thrilled with the overall transformation of our home. The crew, led by Francisco, has been terrific. They are also extremely flexible in making changes regarding the colors and stages of painting.

Francisco is a great supervisor, keeps everybody on task and is very good about listening to questions and concerns. We have made several changes as the project got underway, and Francisco was always patient and helpful. Francisco is also a very good communicator. At the conclusion of every work day, he would explain what had been done and discuss what would happen the next day. The crew is amazing to watch. They, literally, swarmed through the house and worked quickly and professionally. They are polite courteous and always ask if there is any doubt about what needs to be done.

We are amazed at what they have accomplished in 2 ˝ weeks. Our house has truly been transformed. The last time we painted, it took three months to do what Francisco’s team has accomplished in less than three weeks! Our house is an older home with a lot of woodwork, plaster walls and detail painting, so it is not an easy house to paint. We have had painters refuse to tackle some of the projects that Francisco’s team attacked with amazing ease and speed. Nothing seemed to be too different for them.

We also would like to ad that Tony, Gidget and James were also very helpful. Gidget was great about adapting the schedule and confirming start times. Tony had an uncanny ability of knowing when to appear when the stress level was going up and managed to put everything in perspective and keep everybody on track. The contact with James Cappasola was comforting to know that there was another paesano looking over the project.

We are delighted with the work and will definitely contact you when we do the upstairs and the outside.
