I recently have had the entire
interior of my house painted and new baseboards
installed. As you know this can be a very stressful time
for people- it is like moving without moving!
Additionally, there are so many choices to make in
color, baseboard style, and technique. I have heard good
things about your company and decided to give you a
call.
My experience began when the estimator, Brett Wenzel,
showed up. He was friendly, easy going, and
knowledgeable. I was very stressed about the color
selection. Brett promised he would not give up on me
until we found the perfect colors. He made a few
suggestions and ordered some samples for me. I painted
swatches and he came to critique them. We chose more
colors and he even delivered them to me. We critiqued
and revised them again.
The process continued for well
over a week and in the end I probably sampled 17 colors.
Brett never seemed annoyed and never lost patience with
me. His true concern seemed to be that, true to
his word, he would not be happy until I had what I
considered to be a perfect colors. Boy, was I impressed
and absolutely loved the colors I ended up with.
Then the actual painters showed
up. The crew was headed by Willy. I absolutely could not
believe Willy's attention to detail. He protected
everything very well and went over multiple times
until he was sure he knew exactly what I wanted. Every
day, he showed up before I left for work to make sure I
was 100% happy with everything done thus far and fixed
and or touched up anything I wanted, eagerly and
promptly. the highest compliment I can give him is that
he treated my house as if it were his own, and was
satisfied with nothing less than perfection. He was
always friendly and never lost patience with me, no
matter how picky I got( and I can be pretty picky).
Again, his main concern seemed to be that in the end I
was happy. the very last day, he came over to do the
final walk through and touch ups himself and did an
awesome job.
The house is now finished and perfect. I am convinced
that I had the best crew King of the Painters has to
offer. I wanted you to know of their professionalism and
talent, not only with their craft, but also dealing with
people. Please convey my deepest appreciation to Brett
and Willy. They truly are the best!
