Thank you so much for guiding the process of my five painting projects so adeptly. From the time we had our first meeting at my home, I was impressed by your high standards and your commitment to making this a smooth and pleasant experience for us! I was not looking forward to going through the angst(or so I imagined) of having my own home, and 4 other rental properties painted.

After our first couple of meetings , we agreed upon a time to begin the painting of our home. Most comforting was the fact that you rescheduled our job because you had a vacation planned over the holidays, and you wanted to be to here to be able to be in contact with the foreman and with us, as we began our first building.

The crew that you picked for us was just wonderful. My husbands chief concern with the job at our home was that his extensive landscaping not be affected. James Cappasola, our foreman, directed  the protection procedure of the plants, and it was painless and successful! Our home turned out beautifully, and the foreman and crew were so easy to work with, only wanting me to be happy with the results---which I am!

It was an added comfort that he assured me if there were any problems, to contact him and they would make things right! The outcome was flawless, and quite an update to our 1960's era home on the beach. My concern with the rental buildings is the tenants lives would disturbed. I did not receive one call from any of them, in fact, only received praise not only for the way they conducted themselves as they did their work, but upon the great job of painting that was accomplished at each building.

The other remarkable  thing was that the crew was so prompt and courteous. There was never a day, during the paint of all five buildings, that there were delays or disappointments.

I am still receiving compliments from neighbors and tourists alike, since we live in such a highly visible neighborhood on the beach.
